Data we collect

We only collect data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address, company (optional), sector of interest and message.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data exclusively to respond to your commercial inquiry and assess whether RTK.bz fits your specific case. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a) and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b).

Where data is stored

Data is stored in a self-hosted database on the service’s dedicated server. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Some technical providers (e.g. hosting) may have access to data as data processors, limited to what's necessary to deliver the service.

Retention period

We retain data for as long as necessary to handle your commercial inquiry, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a different legal obligation applies.
